VIE HEROIQUE

Last weekend I went to the movies to see the new film about Serge Gainsbourg life, "Gainsbourg - Vie Heroique", and I must confess I was pleasantly surprised.
The film is an elegant and fun mix of music, animation, french stuff and of course, beautiful ladies.
An amazing journey of a brilliant man.

BREATHLESS

Feels like a classic. "À bout de souffle" by Jean-Luc Godard, 1961, with Jean Paul Belmondo and Jean Seberg.

AN EDUCATION

"An education", by Lone Scherfig. A story about love, dreams and deception, seen through the eyes of a naive teenager brilliantly played by Carey Mulligan (probably my favorite new actress). Beautiful art direction and wardrobe. Seriously recommend it.

NINE

Went to the première of Nine by Rob Marshall last night.
Daniel Day Lewis, brilliant as always.
